When should I drink it?
In the morning, as your daytime ritual. Stir one stick into 10 to 12 oz of cold water and sip it before the day gets going.

What does it taste like?
Crisp, lightly tart Watermelon Lime. Refreshing over ice, never medicinal.

Is it actually clean?
Yes. No artificial flavors, ever, and it's sweetened with stevia instead of added sugar.

How often can I have one?
One stick a day is the ritual. The box holds 30, a full month of mornings.

When should I take it?
At night, as your final step before sleep. Pour one stick straight onto your tongue once you're in bed.

Do I need water?
No. That's the point. It's made to take straight, no glass and no trip to the kitchen.

What is CBN, and is it safe?
CBN (cannabinol) is a plant-derived compound from hemp. In go-two it's one ingredient within a botanical wind-down blend alongside chamomile, ashwagandha, and L-theanine. It's non-intoxicating.

Will it make me groggy in the morning?
It's formulated to support deeper rest so you wake up reset, not foggy. Everyone's different, so see how your body responds.

What is your return policy?
